Roles and Responsibilities

Do you consider yourself to be a critical thinker? Do you know what First Principle's Thinking is? Or, design thinking? Are you more of a listen-think-question-respond type of person?

We're looking for someone who can be a "customer advocate". Someone who truly understands what customers need and is able to present the customer's problems, motivations, pain points to us.

On paper, you need some sort of experience of having worked on a customer facing job or in a research or data analysis role. You know how to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

You have experience with or know how to run surveys, conduct user interviews, analyse trends, study the competition to help us with our product development efforts. So, if background in data analysis, product management, or user experience, OR are a generally curious person with an analytical bent of mind, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Understanding business objectives, collecting data, designing hypotheses, and testing assumptions
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and presenting actionable insights
  • Using modern and traditional data collection techniques to compile and analyse qualitative and quantitative data
  • But most importantly, being the voice of the customer, getting into their shoes, understanding them in the truest sense possible

  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Understand business objectives and design surveys, interviews to discover prospective/existing customers’ challenges and preferences
  • Perform reliable market/competitor research, SWOT analysis
  • Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
  • A curious person who loves caring about people, thinking about them, and is empathetic about solving their problems
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Has the ability to process large amounts of data and some knowledge of research tools
  • Knows how to run surveys, host polls, send out emails that get responses
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Background in Product Management or User Experience will be a plus!
