Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the revenue targets for the suite of products that you will be responsible for. In doing so, you will be involved in defining and delivering the following:

1. Work closely with the Product and in-house Research teams to develop the product roadmap:

a. Develop insights basis strong customer and ecosystem understanding through primary/secondary research
b. Translate insights into Product UVPs and features required.
c. Quantify business impact, get management buy-in and build into the product roadmap.

2. Develop a comprehensive pricing strategy for the suite of products taking into account the customer lifecycle, cross-sell/upsell opportunities and understanding of the Product PnL.

3. Lead the Go To Market:

a. Build and own the go-to-market plan with quarterly sales and revenue goals broken down by channel level KPIs. Get management buy-in for the same.
b. Ensure development of structured, high impact content and leverage the same across owned and paid channels.
c. Drive execution across all channels and own the output metrics.

Must-have attributes:

  • Should have a “customer led” mindset when thinking about technology.
  • Should be extremely hands-on, driven and have a strong bias for action.
  • Should be comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Should be a structured thinker and possess good analytical skills.
  • Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ideal Profile:

  • 2-3 years of post education work experience in product/growth marketing functions of tech companies.
  • Freshers who think they have the above attributes and hunger for the role can also apply.
  • Having an MBA degree, while not being mandatory, would be a plus
